Include this information
- Dexmod account email and project name.
- Short description, expected result, and actual result.
- Approximate time and time zone when the issue occurred.
- For payments: order ID, amount, date, payment method, and screenshot without confidential banking data.
- For devices: board model, library version, connection status, and sanitized Serial Monitor output.
Keep secrets private
Never email passwords, OTP codes, Wi-Fi passwords, full card or bank credentials, OAuth tokens, Midtrans server keys, Dexmod device tokens, or private source credentials. Rotate a secret immediately if it was exposed.
Security reports
Use the same email with subject “Security report”. Explain the affected page or API and safe reproduction steps. Do not access another user's data, disrupt production, or publish exploit details before Dexmod has investigated.
