Terms of Service

Dexmod operates from Talang Aman, Kec. Kemuning, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan 30961. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization.

You must be legally capable of entering an agreement. A minor may use Dexmod only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Provide accurate account information and protect passwords, OAuth access, device tokens, and API credentials. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

Do not use Dexmod to violate law, compromise another system, distribute malware, evade security controls, interfere with service availability, or control equipment without authorization. We may restrict abusive traffic and suspend accounts when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of other users.

You retain rights to source code and project content you submit. You grant Dexmod a limited right to store, process, back up, compile, and transmit that content only to provide and secure the service. You remain responsible for licenses and rights covering code, libraries, and other material you upload.

AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe. Review code, wiring, pin assignments, voltage, credentials, and device behavior before compiling or deploying. AI output is assistance, not professional engineering, safety, legal, or financial advice.

Remote commands depend on networks, brokers, firmware, and hardware outside Dexmod's direct control. Do not rely on Dexmod as the only protection for hazardous, medical, emergency, life-safety, or mains-voltage systems. Use physical interlocks, safe defaults, appropriate isolation, and qualified supervision.

Current prices, limits, billing periods, and included features appear before checkout. Remote IoT subscriptions cover recurring cloud service and include a promotional AI allowance that replenishes up to the plan limit each billing period without accumulating. Purchased AI top-up credits remain a separate balance.

Payments are processed by Midtrans and may offer only channels active for the selected product and merchant account. The amount confirmed before payment is the amount Dexmod charges; your bank or payment provider may apply charges outside Dexmod's control.

Purchased credits remain subject to the Refund Policy. Promotional credits have no cash value. Failed, denied, canceled, expired, or amount-mismatched payments do not add credits or activate a plan.

We work to keep Dexmod available, but maintenance, security events, provider outages, internet failures, and force majeure may interrupt service. We may change features or limits with reasonable notice when the change materially affects paid service. Source-code export remains available under the applicable account policy.

To the extent permitted by law, each party remains responsible for direct loss caused by its breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that Indonesian law does not allow parties to exclude.
